Strongly ribbed base in electro-welded steel with closed bridge mobile upright. Thanks to its sturdiness and stability, it guarantees high quality workmanship and reliability over time. Operating group consisting of 17 kW (S6) electrospindle. Equipped as standard with a HSK63F tool holder to perform heavy machining combining power and precision. Maximum rotation speed 24,000 rpm with regulation by static inverter. Bolero 5 is equipped with an automatic tool change device with 12-position magazine. The worktop is equipped as standard with 8 motorized clamping vices that can be automatically positioned with command from the NC. The stroke of the X axis is 7,000 mm (optional extension up to 9,400 mm). Pendulum machining is possible (optional). Operator interface on PC-Windows with 17 ”color screen. The machine is equipped as standard with safety and protection devices in compliance with CE regulations.
